Junior One Bedroom: $326/mo.
One Bedroom: $392/mo.
Two Bedroom: $556/mo.
Three Bedroom: $752/mo.
Garage Space: $25/mo. (charged per additional space owned after 1)
Fees include EVERYTHING except the in-unit use of electricity. Fees include the costs of self-management, engineering, porters (custodial), desk-staffing services, hot water, water usage, sewer, trash removal, pool maintenance, building improvements/renovations, reserve funding, etc.
Each unit is individually metered for use of electricity, and all in-unit HVAC and other appliances (cooking/clothes dryers) are electric. Depending on location of unit and season (end, front, back, ground-level, etc.), number of bedrooms and extent of usage, electric utility bills can vary. Owners/residents can monitor kilowatt-hour usage by keeping a record of meter-readings via the individual unit meter boxes in the hallway.

Carlyle Room Rental: $100 ($50 fee + $50 refundable deposit)
Garage Parking Rental: $60/mo.
Outside Parking Rental: $40/mo.
Extra Storage Bin Rental: $30/ mo., billed in January and July
Guest Pool Pass: $60 for season long pass
$10 for an extra adult day pass
$5 for an extra child day pass
Copies/Faxes: $0.25/page
In-House Maintenance: $60/hr (30-minute minimum)
$90/hr for after-hour service
Cost of Parts includes 15% handling fee
Move-in Fees: $200 (non-refundable)

Garage Transmitter Deposit: $50 (refundable once returned)

Condo Docs/Resale Package: $150
Condo Questionnaire: $50 for 3- to 5-day turnaround
$100 for 2-day turnaround
$150 for same day (must be received by 4 p.m.)
No charge for up to 6 questions
Lease Package & Admin. Fee: $10 per Lease Package
$190 upon execution of the lease
Lock-Out Fee: $25 (Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
$50 (after hours, holidays and weekends)
