Move-In Fees
Basic Move-In Fee: $200 (non-refundable)
Within Building Moving Fee: $100

Moving Rules

  1. Arrangements for moving in or out of the building must be made with Management and fees paid at least five days in advance. Necessary information forms must accompany the fee payment check or money order. If the unit is being leased, a copy of the executed lease must also accompany the move-in fees.
  2. Moves in or out of the building are prohibited on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
  3. Moving is restricted to the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. NOTE that this time restriction is not flexible. Residents will be charged $45/hour for moves lasting after 4 p.m., with a one-hour minimum.
  4. All moving must be done through the service entrance in the basement lobby on the freight elevator only. The loading dock is located off of South Frederick Street. All crates, barrels, boxes and packing materials must be removed by movers, Unit Owners, or tenants.
  5. Only one move-in or move-out may be scheduled per day and moving hours are not flexible. Arrangements for single large shipments, purchases, etc. should be made through the management office.

Key Deposits
Key Fob: $25 (non-refundable)
Garage Door Transmitters: $50 deposit (refundable)

Helpful Hint
It is a long way (400 feet) from the loading dock to the service elevator, so make sure you have “wheels,” and that your moving company has six (6) workers assigned for regular moves.
