Interested in Being Involved in Your Association?
One of the benefits of self-management is the ability to rely on the Office Manager and Operations Manager for the day-to-day management of the Unit Owners Association and the condominium. The most important motivation for community service is a genuine and impartial interest in promoting the best interests of all owners. Representative democracy starts at home!

Directors are elected to serve 3-year terms, or are appointed to serve out the unexpired terms of directors who have resigned from the Board. Elections take place every September at the Annual Meeting of the Ownership, and appointments to the Board can be made (should a vacancy occur) at any time by a majority vote of the Board in the event of a vacancy or the failure of an appointee to properly perform the duties of office.

At least one director is elected every September at the Annual Meeting of the Ownership and, in accordance with the By-Laws, the Board will establish a Nominating Committee to seek out and recommend candidates for election.
