Pricing for In-Unit Maintenance

A number of basic in-unit maintenance services are available during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) to owners upon request through the Office Manager or directly from the Operations Manager. Renters must obtain owner/landlord approval before work will be performed. In-Unit maintenance requests can be placed either through the condominium staff, or on Building Link Opens a New Window.

Any work performed in units by the condominium's staff will be billed at $60/hour ($30 minimum charge) plus the cost of materials required with a 15% handling fee. Depending on the nature of work to be performed, most owners will find this pricing to be a bargain. Charges will be assessed and charged to the next months condominium association bill, by the Office Manager.
